We welcome you on a mini retreat for peace and solidarity—anchor into your true essence and natural resilience, and unify your heart with the one, beating heart of the divine mother frequency.
Join Catherine Foley, a Reiki Master specializing in family energy care, to learn how you can stay energetically tuned in, clear and connected while you navigate shifting dynamics and rapid change at work and home; and how a centering and grounding ritual is the essential spiritual go-to for mom self care.
Catherine will then lead us on a healing journey to solidify your core connection with your true strength and worth; and to call in the blessings and wisdom of our loving, ancestral mothers. We will finish with a powerful metta meditation to bless all mothers everywhere.
This virtual ceremony will utilize gentle breathwork, Reiki energy, somatic mindfulness, meditiation and visualization. We affirm and welcome mothers and grandmothers of all identities and bodies.
